Yes. Plunder is a Pirate I've met once or twice.

Zorabel is the Pirate Queen.

I only met her once. I don't normally spend much time away from my island, but Plunder dragged me into...heh it's a long story, but Plunder tried to double cross me in the end, Zorabel stopped him.

Not to be the Pirate King he doesn't. It would be cool if Luffy was a prince though.

One Piece is the treasure from the previous Pirate King. He left it on the Grand Line, and whoever finds it becomes the new Pirate King.
