036 Facets - [Text & Video] back dated to just before nightfall on the day of the big quake.
Okay anyone with out shelter for tonight after the apartment collapse we've set up a Shelter at the seaport. It's not perfect, but we've reinforced the structure, and made the place as safe as we can, and we've got lights.

Anyone who has shelter but want's to help we'd be grateful for any you can offer. We could use some more blankets, food and so on.

Tails think you got, or could put together some heaters? Big building like this might get cold at night.
