051 - [Video (accidental)]
[The Video turns on to show some kind of room, it’s gloomy but there’s light coming from behind the communicator so Knuckles trunk, with a big plate of fruit on top can still be seen opposite where the communicator is. To the side there‘s an enclave carved out of the wall, at just the right height for a bed, and judging by the mattress and lovely green blanket there that‘s just what it‘s being used for. The strange thing is, the whole room looks like it‘s been made out of dirt, the floor the walls the ceiling, of course the reason for this is because it‘s not a room, it‘s a burrow.]
[Knuckles walks into view and, despite now apparently living in a hole in the ground, He looks good, almost happy. He’s clean and has clean bandages on his right wrist.]
It’s no control room, but I guess it will do.
[Knuckles walks over to the communicator and reaches over it to pick up what looks like branches and the light source, which turns out to be Poe Lanterns, He sticks the branch into the wall behind the communicator and hangs a lantern on it. He does this above the trunk and above the enclave. He then puts a fourth branch into the wall next to the enclave but doesn‘t hang a lantern on it, instead he goes back to the communicator and picks up what it was leaning against, which as it turns out is a new back pack.]
[The communicator is knocked to the floor and Knuckles reaches down to pick it up. Sighs sadly when he sees the recording light on. He reaches to turn the communicator off, but pauses. ]
Thanks to whoever left the fruit.
